FreeDOS is the fdos package. It's in dselect under fdos. Incase you
aren't aware of it the package list in dselect is searchable (using a /
character).

Just wondering, are you using the load_module.sh script or trying to
insmod the modules plainly. Dosemu comes with a special version of
insmod. When I run it from the script, it runs perfectly, only when I
run insmod plain does it fail like that.

I had no problem in running dosemu (deb package 0.60.1?) that came with
Debian 1.1 with kernel 2.0.6 (I recompiled the kernele for other reasons
so I don't know if the standard in boot.bin could have give any trouble to
dosemu)

I think you need the xcompat package because dosemu is still an aout
package. However, you might also have another problem in acessing the
floppy drive, once you get the previous problem fixed. If you do ( which

Compilation on .tgz sources also error and do not want to compile
with X support, have not yet tried without it.
