I have a Debian
box with and an ISDN card and would like to allow other people to dial into my Debian PC in order to use services (i.e. Telnet, whatever).
Does anyone have a hint where
I can find some documentation? All I could find was tutorials about how to
dial-out to

i had a really long username, containing to # chars, maybe that was the
problem.
i found out that i simply can leave out this chars.
than it works.
in the ipppd.ippp0 file i had a string like this:
user = "foo#more#bar"
it's working in the pap-secrets file

You don't have to edit any file manually.
Just try conf-isdn-account. It's an easy menubased
configuration tool for ISP, call in and call out configurations.
It's all GPL, so your completely free to use and modify it.

Use `isdnconfig' to create an ippp1 interface and an ipppd config for
ippp1. Configure /etc/isdn/device.ippp1 and /etc/isd

You need a device.ippp1 and ipppd.ippp1
in device.ippp1 you have to enable the lines about allow

(can't remember where it was).

please use a current kernel (2.0.29 or 30) with the 2.0.30A isdn patch
(already included in debian kernels (-6 or -7 or so).
