OK, I got it and installed it. Now Ogle plays dvds! It starts the dvd,
then about 5 seconds into the dvd it stops. Then, about 30 seconds
later it picks up and goes on just like nothing ever happened. Audio
is low, I have to crank it up

OK, I got it and installed it. Now Ogle plays dvds
I'm beginning to wonder if the ioctl error is related to
the fact that my DVD drive is USB. Ogle mentions that any
2.4.x kernel should have the ioctl included, but perhaps
this is only for an IDE interface, and the USB drivers do
not yet fully support it.

error appended below. I previously had Ogle working fine from RPMs on a RH
7.2 install, so I know it's possible on this box.

Chez moi, je n'ai pas de .oglerc (ni de /root/oglerc ) d'ailleurs,
mais j'ai un /etc/oglerc, généré automatiquement par le paquet,
et tout va bien.

ok. but current xine version for woody is 0.9.8 and anyway I would like
