I have tried to install debian several times and every time it fails,
because I can't get connected to the network.
I don't have this problem with any other distribution I have tried (redhat,
mandrake, slackware).

From the h/w compatible list, I found support for SMC EtherPower
10/100. Does anyone know if the newer EtherPower II 10/100 is
supported? If yes, what is the driver and do you hear of any trouble
with that card?
