I currently use a Woody distrib as a web server. It's been very stable for me for a couple of years and I don't really want to dist-upgrade. Testing dist-upgrade with other testing servers mirroring this server has given less than desirable results. I would however like to upgrade to a higher

Please don't do this on Woody! It will almost certainly pull in new versions of perl and libc6 which *will* completely hose your system. Thanks to everyone who responded. I think the easiest way to handle it is to install an newer version of Debian onto another server and bring my sites onto
