Are your customers authenticating? If they are, you have that line in your
Global.cfg, and they send outbound through your server then yes, they will
be whitelisted.

That is very unlikely. The whole point of PREWHITELIST ON is to save CPU
time, by not running any tests when E-m

Unfortunately, that isn't possible. There are a number of problems with
this (negative weights that would have been added after processing stops,
the order of tests, etc.).

You can control this to some degree in your filters with
SKIPIFWEIGHT and
MAXWEIGHT
Also I believe the filters run in order of listing in global config. I suggest you
list your neg filters first and your largest filters last.

LOGLEVEL MID.
This was done yesterday (at LOGLEVEL LOW). I'm not sure why it was only
recording at the debug level with the initial release.
