Is PREWHITELIST explained somewhere in more detail?
There isn't much detail to it -- having a line "PREWHITELIST ON" in your
\IMail\Declude\global.cfg file will force certain whitelists to be run
before spam tests are run, so that if the E-mail is whitelisted, the test
do not need to be run.
