Kernel does not recognize blank optical media
Maybe it's a SATA thing?
I'd love to be able to test this with Maverick, but I'm getting this on
the one machine I have that needs to be stable, so I won't be able to do
that for a little bit, unless I can run Maverick off a stick, which I'll
look into.

When I try to print this specific PDF form to a file, either .ps or
.pdf, the application crashes with a floating point exception error,
and no file gets written.
