Sorry, you did not tell me [you assumed I knew - I don't] how to attach
that log file you wanted. I have tried a few things in terminal, but

Yes, the one that come with the 12.04 install freezes all up. I can't
even get rid of it..I just try not to touch it. However, I added via
terminal another force-quit and it works fine. They just need to add the
working one to the install package - or make that one install properly.

One more person to confirm this on Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit. It NEVER works
and ALWAYS locks up entire OS. I have to use button on computer to shut
down and loose things I'm working on. It worked just fine in 11.
