1. Open Thunderbird
2. Open account settings *from HUD* (it is needed to open it from HUD and NOT
from Thunderbird overview page)

Same here with Fujitsu AH530 and Samsung TV (connected via HDMI).
Confusing point: I also installed XBMC ,which should be shared with twin-view
option (xrandr .--same as LVDS1).

I get this on Ubuntu 12.04, it's an annoying bug as it completely ignores the
huge rectangle of non-existent pixels when using two differently-sized monitors.
When resizing the window to be the same size as my larger monitor, the title
bar and the Unity menu bar prevent me from moving the window

The online account g-c-c interface doesn't
I detected it on Precise, but confirmed it on Quantal beta1.
I also have a Precise + Gnome-shell installation using Adwaita as theme, on
where I can see the same problem.
Lets hope is not a limitation on Nautilus.
