Fair point, but question is if it's software cursor from Xserver's

Current MM in Ubuntu fully ignores WWAN ports handled using the QMI
protocol; which means the modem is stuck to use PPP over a serial port.
That method seems to be enough for slower connections like GSM/HSPA, but
definitely not for LTE.
The fix for this is to use QMI and the WWAN port, as done in
Wader is another program offering the same DBus interface as
ModemManager offers. NetworkManager can play well both with Wader and
ModemManager.
I would still like to see debug logs of ModemManager running with this
modem, to see why we don't handle it well, while Wader does. So, please,
anyone, t

I have changed the target package accordingly and marked this as Confirmed,
since one would expect a Keyboard shortcuts tab to allow users full
configurability and connecting

I am sorry for the double post, hoped for the possibility of later edit.
The GIFs which were listed by Fred come mainly from the art gallery and some of
them look not only bad, but also... old. Some bullets are nontransparent, while
pictures in the gallery folder suffer from low colour depth.

Try setting the volume to 100 in alsa-mixer and then see if changing the
volume in the gnome-volume-control now changes your headset volume. If
so, then it's almost definitely the same bug.
