Just installed "Fedora 21" - installation is a bit ruggish. But language
support is 100% working :o)
I have danish keymapping on console and can switch between Danish /
English in the "Region & Language" settings menu without problems.
I believe that Ubuntu Gnome 15.04 installation have not been
Ubuntu 15.04 Official Release: "Region & Language" is broken.
It is still not possible to change language and regional settings in on a
"clean install".

Some further findings: The recent language settings tool "Settings ->
Region and Language" is quite new.
WORKAROUND
The old version was called "Settings -> Language Support" and can be
installed via the package "language-selector-gnome":

Workaround #2:
Install "gphotofs" package.
In terminal - create a folder - e.g. PowerShot:
> mkdir PowerShot
Next turn on camers in view mode, and type:
> gphotofs PowerShot/
Now files are available in file manager/browser (Files).
I could not unmount camera in file manager - so in terminal i

Very strange... I am simply not able to recreate problem when booting in
"Try Ubuntu" mode from the USB boot disk.
When creating the USB, I allocated an extra GB, so I was aparently also
able to install extra languages. I installed Danish (Dansk), and I could
switch between the two...

Thanks for getting back. Yes - it happens everytime. Before updating
this repport I had done ot 4-5 times (and rebootet in between).
I have just confirmed now that problem can still be recreated (since I
have applied some automatic updates meanwhile)

I have create the same problem in Ubuntu 12.04 (Beta2).
I installed Ubuntu with Danish language. But in login screen I cannot choose to
login with "Engligh" languge.
So I logged in using danish language, went to "system settings" and "language
support".
