Adding to some points that Jarek mentioned, I think we should:
* Have an agenda, so that the folks interested are prepared before the
townhall
(This also allows the folks to decide if they want to attend this
particular town hall or
As Briana wrote - yeah I also think it's great to have it. We've been also
discussing it at the informal "after-summit" gathering which was
mostly "let's meet while we are there" - that having some opportunity for
synchronous communication is cool.
I think some basic rules need to be followed,

I've been speaking with Kaxil and Jarek about this, and would like to
propose it to you all.
It seems those involved in contributing to Airflow regularly are very well
synced on the product. However, I think we can do a better job of involving
the community at large in the amazing work
