Abhinandan,
As long as no 4.2.0 functionality dissapears, I agree.

Yes, I hope none of the 4.2 functionality regresses.

Hi Mike,
There are the livestream videos on the homepage of http://cloudstackcollab.org/
for each of rooms where the sessions took place. Basically the cameras were
left running so each of the videos contain multiple sessions, so you will need
to scan through to find what you are looking for.

Daan,
Those files were renamed, but only the case changed. There is a git setting
that deals with case specifically. Switch that setting an try again.
That worked for me at least.

Pavan,
I've done some tests with secondary storage as nfs and S3 and I do not have any
issues live migrating with nfs storage. However, with S3 there is an issue. If
the vm is installed from a template/iso stored on the S3 secondary storage it
fails to migrate because ACS passes on the iso/tem
I don't mind, but I do hope someone else could verify this apart from me. Even
though i've tried it three times on three different clean installs, I could be
doing something wrong.

Donal mentioned that this is actually code written by the XenServer group,
so I will need to remove the CloudStack ticket I opened and open one for
the XenServer group.

Andrei,
There are one or two spots in the KVM code that still assume that
secondary storage is always NFS. In this particular example, it seems
like maybe you're running into this:
if (volume.getType() == Volume.Type.ISO && data.getPath() != null) {

Really quick, Andrei, the command looks like it's passing both the
root volume and an iso template as disks. I'm assuming you still have
the iso attached to the VM. If this is not the case, we probably need
to know about it in the bug submission as well. With the iso detached,
it should not show up

And to further put your mind at ease - --force is disallowed on all of

Marcus, that's the problem, this information is passed on regardless of iso
attachment state, which is not the case with nfs. So, probably a bug submission
is in order.

I was looking at the SSL code in CloudStack
and noticed that there are about a dozen calls to the SSLContext.getInstance()
method. Some of them
use the "SSL" protocol while
others use "TLS" or "TLSv1". So I'm wondering if it makes sense to expose a

On the KVM host you could parse the output of 'brctl show', but that is
awkward to parse.
Or you might be able to iterate through /sys/devices/virtual/net/* and
work backwards from that.

Hi,
I know there's a vote for RC, maybe this has some importance. I'm
running KVM with a GlusterFS shared mount point on
cloudstack-4.2-223b272, snapshots consistently fail to be backed up.
They get stuck in "CreatedOnPrimary" status.
The shared mount point is more than functional and the 2n

In fact the snapshots fail with NFS primary storage as well, though no
more complaints from libvirt in this case.
