Dear team,
I'm looking for information on the procedure or process to transfer an
already running open source project to ASF.
I really would appreciate it if anyone can help me with this information.
Thanks and best regards

Matt and Jarek,
I think you both have good ideas. Getting more people to help with this
report will allow for that unique flair.
I’m looking forward to what comes out in the next report.

The June newsletter was recently sent to members-announce@a.o.
Let's target to release the next on July 5, 2022. Anyone want to take

I think we should shorten up the bullet point list. Last time we sent it
out, we had reports that the message was a bit much to parse through. Less
is more :-).

It looks like the members announce list has been set up. I'll be sending
this out later today. If anyone has any last minute changes or additions,
this is your chance.

I was notified that the newsletter stated:
The April board meeting will be held on the 20th, at 15:00 UTC.
Is it safe to assume this is supposed to be “May” not “April”? If so can
someone reply to the on the members list to clear up the typo?

The newsletter has been updated and just about ready for sending out.. Not
sure of the whos or hows of getting this across the foundation. Is there
a preferred way that I can get this distributed? Is this something only
a member can/should do?

We have room for another bullet point or two if anyone wants to add

Hey All,
Some random thoughts/questions:
I'm looking at the content on the newsletter page and my first few thoughts
are "I don't know what to include" and probably more important "what do
people want to read?". Would it be helpful to ask readers what they want to
hear about in the newsletter? I
Rich,
I will help make it happen.

I have a friend who has actually been doing this himself, as well.
Lots of overlap between Joe's list, but I saw at least one that isn't
already captured there (Arrow).

There are things that can be done in how the project is run
that make it more inviting to people joining in on the project (at least I
assume, I haven't figured that part out very well yet...).
