Hi Jakob, The LookupDesc.xml file is supposed to be editable by the user in order to enter umls username and password information. If the file was in a resource .jar that would be pretty difficult. Umls user information can also be specified on the command line, so perhaps the whole .xml

Hello all, I would like to ask with which UMLS release version cTAKES 3.2.2 works with . The ctakes-resources zip file contains UMLS 2011AB release (available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/ctakesresources/files/). But, newer UMLS release versions are available (20155AA is the latest one)
