My name is Steve Frank. I am the electrical and computer engineering
technician at Messiah College, a private college in Pennsylvania. I have
used OpenOffice for about 4 years, and about 3 months ago I started as a QA
volunteer. Due to an issue I was working on, I was asked if I'd like to
