clean-up temp directories at the end should be considered
I checked osmf.swc in frameworks/libs: it's 1KB in size instead of 266KB.

my projects works fine on flash builder debug build, but i have RSL
issues with release build.
I'm not sure if its due to the new installer, because its the first time
i activate RSLs for my project.

Did you clear the browser caches? We've had a problem with the AIR
downloading somehow finding a corrupted result in the browser caches even
though it is an AIR app.
I think I had to clear both the IE and FF caches.
