Spotted a couple of minor issues with 4.14 (release branch)...
local-template.properties:
release = Apache Flex 4.12.0
release.version = 4.12.0
should be:
release = Apache Flex 4.14.0
release.version = 4.14.0
env-template.properties:
doesnt make any mention of BLAZEDS_HOME - i belie

Not sure if temporary or known issue but installer repeatedly fails to
complete when selecting AIR/FP 15.
Here's my log:

Fetched the SDK download mirror URL from the CGI.

IMO, updating version number from 4 to 5 (or 14 to 15) should be saved
for major changes (think halo to spark). New releases that only contain
a few new features and bug fixes should be relegated to 0.1 numbers.
