We can release specs which have passed the TCK. I can confirm this for the jbatch-api. geronimo-el-2.2 should also be fine as it's part of tomcat7, TomEE, etc what else? Does BVAL-1.1 already pass the TCK? All other spec apis need to be released with an -alpha1 version for example
