I think we should try to always offer both version. The spitted one is
better for linking, googling, ... but the single page version is great for
me looking for something specific opening the entire page and doing strg+f
on it :)

The website links to Karaf 2.3.1 manuals are currently not working.
The old deploy method for releases needs to be updated to the new
scm-publish system.
I've entered a Jira for this, just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Ok, so after updating the build server's subversion version to $ svn --version
svn, version 1.7.8 (r1419691) I can now run the scm-publish goal :S
website is now updated.

Somehow our documentation seems to be broken. I was looking for some
nice pointer to the features plugin to reference in a stackoverflow answer.
When I go to http://karaf.apache.org/index/documentation.html none of
the links there work.
