Somehow our documentation seems to be broken. I was looking for some
nice pointer to the features plugin to reference in a stackoverflow answer.
When I go to http://karaf.apache.org/index/documentation.html none of
the links there work.

Ok, so after updating the build server's subversion version to $ svn --version
svn, version 1.7.8 (r1419691) I can now run the scm-publish goal :S
website is now updated.

and Documentation PDF.
Almost all links on http://karaf.apache.org/index/documentation.html are
broken though.
As I think it does not make sense to publish all the old documentations
anyway like explained in my pos
I think we should try to always offer both version. The spitted one is
better for linking, googling, ... but the single page version is great for
me looking for something specific opening the entire page and doing strg+f
on it :)
