I think we should try to always offer both version. The spitted one is
better for linking, googling, ... but the single page version is great for
me looking for something specific opening the entire page and doing strg+f
on it :)

The website links to Karaf 2.3.1 manuals are currently not working.
The old deploy method for releases needs to be updated to the new
scm-publish system.

svn, version 1.7.8 (r1419691) I can now run the scm-publish goal :S
