There are a few varying MLP naming references scattered about. I believe

In regards to 'nan' issue. We have run across this in the past. It has to
do with regularization, which is scheduled for phase 2. Once we implement
regularization this issue should go

Not sure what this is. While playing around with the module, I accidentally
hit a `nan` condition. Here is the output of the session:
