Hi All,
On enabling the option "undefined-variable" in pylint (in pylintrc) and
executing on the latest code, 52 errors show up (most of them from the example
folder). These could lead to Python NameError at runtime. The errors are

to be instability in OpenBLAS's latest stable version 0.3.1. For details,

Thanks to everyone who made their opinion known. So far the consensus
is that any nan handling in MXNet should not affect performance, at
least not by default.
This still leaves the question open if we should aim for documenting the
behavior of MXNet operators under presence of nan values. For
I suggest to add it as a temporary banner on the home page to let it get
lot more traffic

Can we assume Lazy consensus after 72 hours(Sat+Sunday = 24 hrs) have
passed if there are no objections to this?
