play well with the MCUmgr mobile library.
I suggest we deprecate LOG_VERSION 2 and make the default 3 going forward.
I would like to hear thoughts from the community about the same.

MCUmgr repo. I do encourage everybody to try it out.

Hi Chris,
We always needed that. I like 2 better than 3 just because of backwards
compatibility.
3 seems fine as well just that CI setups/scripts will have to change
accordingly.

Another way is to have macro ASM_BKPT() macro and have the callback tied
back to the macro so that anybody who uses "bkpt" instruction and checks
for examples knows that the macro needs to be used instead of directly
using the "bkpt" instruction.

s fine with option 2.

This is kind of similar to pkg.init levels. I wanted to understand if you had
any kind of priority in mind.

Personally, I like calling them retries than tries since if they are set to 0
the operation still happens once, but that’s just me.

until the slave makes the clock high. Does anybody have any
possible solutions for this problem ?
Hoping to get answers from the community and get this feature written soon.

h public APIs using sensor_itf, in sensor.h we could do
this:
#define sensor_itf os_dev_itf
Hope this clears up most of your doubts if not all. Others are welcome to chime
in as well. os_devs existed before sensors did so, please feel free to correct
me.

and sensor
specific. Most sensors give two interfaces to talk to them, SPI as well as I2C.
some cheap industrial ones provide a single interface which will be a problem.
so, +1 for the idea.

The board looks cool, I love the form factor. I also love the fact that it has
an onboard SWD connector :-). Wish it would have some onboard sensors as well.
It calls for a celebration, first board with the Mynewt boot loader by default.
Cheers!
