I think everything is now merged to delivery that's ready for rc2.
Assuming all green, I'll merge to release150 and proceed with the
build tomorrow. Please no merging to delivery until the post-rc2 sync
to master is done.
There's at least one open issue for NB15 I've marked high priority -

I have a hacked proposal that could be I hope ported to release150

For master it would be good to clean some arch.xml file for unused dependencies.
