We are going to use their library with no modifications, so this is not the

According to the link below:

Hello legal folks,
One of openmeetings contributors asks if we can use GPL v3 (no
optional clauses) library in our product. I think that so-called
compatibility with APL is only one way compatibility [1] and we still

this?

Thanks, Christian.
Maxim, I'm sorry, we cannot have a dependency from GPL v3 library.

The compatibility is one way. Apache code can go into GPL licensed works,
but not the other way around.
This is possible because our licence is permissive and adds no additional
requirements to the GPL. Going the other way the reciprocal provisions of
the GPL mean that one can no longer
As explained in the legal list the compatibility is one way, Apache code in
GPL code. If we include GPL we invoke the reciprocal clauses and thus must
distribute as GPL.
In practice we often find projects are willing to dual license if we ask
nicely. It depends on why they chose GPL in the first
Thanks Ross,
I'll try to contact developers

Having two apps to maintain sounds to me even more work then having one app.
I think we have enough work upfront with the HTML5 interface.
From my experience you normally try to integrate as much as possible into a
single app, not the other way round.
Compare for example other web-application

I'm continuing my testing of AEC in OM 2.1.1 Revision: 1467936 Ubuntu 12.04.
Are there any system settings that affect AEC that I can change. You mentioned
a buffer length below.
Thanks
