I have not looked into this at all. FWIW, ED is spec'd to support bubbling and
it should be possible for a RoyaleUnit test to rely on bubbling, so maybe the
issue is that the support for bubbling has undesirable dependencies?

I got an email yesterday that we used up the free monthly resources from
Microsoft. AFAIK, this has never happened before. Not sure when I'll have
time to look into it more. I'm not sure when the month starts so I was hoping
it would get restored on its own, but maybe not.

That is the Azure VM that Apache and Microsoft have made available to us.
Microsoft generously provides free Azure credits to open source committers.
Last time we had this problem, I discovered that the version of Windows we are
running has a bug/feature where some background task spends severa
And the email came in just now. I've started the VM again. Volunteers are
welcome to verify it is operating correctly, try to deal with the task that is
eating up our CPU credits, etc.

IIRC, on your local machine, if you clone the repo and run "mvn clean install",
it should allow you to type a response and then that machine should be ok to
use after that.

I may not fully understand the goals. I think it is:
1) download the compiler instead of building it so you don't need a JDK
2) Only build the JS SWCs because you don't need the SWF SWCs.
For 1), I think you can grab a nightly build or binary release and point
