I suppose your goal is not to send it to a Nokia phone... And that the

Hi kannel-group,
today I tested converting and sending EMS-messages via the
kannel-gateway. First I have made a script to convert ringtones (a
imelody) to EMS. The message was sent as udh to the kannel-gateway,
and it works great - Im happy! :)
But next step I want to send a nokia-operator-logo (

That's my point. You don't usually pay for the GPRS traffic to download
a MMS message. It's the sender who pays. Receiving a MMS message is
free according to the billing information available on the sites

Yes, but what about those persistent ids!?
I'm hoping to learn some C over winter (!), so if I have time I'll add
pgsql support to postgres.

Hi,

I've hacked the dlr mechanism to do an update rather than a delete.
Pretty simple to do -- even though I don't know C!
I'd be very keen for Kannel to dispense with the http interface
altogether and only supply database connectivity. Working with Postgres
triggers and foreign keys etc would make ma
I'm sorry, but I can't parse your message.
Could you explain what you are trying to achieve?

Hello everyone
Has anyone managed to convince a handset to parse the inbound WAP Push
trigger for an MMS message to be pushed to Kannel rather than read
automatically by the handset?
According to the docs on the Now SMS gateway (the commercial competition
:-) ), they're using a handset that isn't
Hi,
Right now I'm using kannel towards Telenor (Norwegian telco running Logica
CMG SMSC) and it works fine (when you remember to specify
interface-version=33, that part took some time to figure out :-P).
Actually the only part of kannel I use is the smpp parsing/sending,
"forwarding" of the messa

connections there so can't test it :(
