I'm calling /cgi-bin/sendsms with 'dlr-mask=31dlr-url='.
URI::Escape::uri_escape('http://localhost/delivery-report.phtml?type=%d') in
the GET query, where uri_escape is a Perl function that does the url
encoding. The message gets delivered fine, but the delivery report URL
doesn't get

Oh, and I get the same behaviour when I use dlrmask and dlrurl
respectively.

there have been some fixexs from 1.3.1 on. Please checkout the recent
cvs head tree and try it with it. It's the most stable version
currently available.
Okay, I turned on DLR_TRACE and worked out what the problem was; the MySQL
dlr table dated
