sounds simple and stupid to ask but: 1) Do you have a ssh key in fas ? 2) Is said key in the acl for that instance? 3) have you tried other repos on that instance to rule out a repo centric failure vice the whole system ? 4) if you have a fedorapeople.org/people-repos/ do those clone properly?
