stime() is no longer declared in time.h for rawhide

Ok, obvious question first... Has this caused any problems? When was the last time this failed? The latter part is for selfish reasons... I still have one (decent) computer with primitive EFI BIOS that will only boot UEFI from optical media, not from USB (weird, I know). Thanks, Richard _
