At this point, nothing uses mozjs31, so I'm going to retire it in
Rawhide and orphan for F24 / F25. It was used by 0 A.D. (the reason
why we packaged it), but nowadays upstream migrated to mozjs38.

You do rsplit() by the '-'. Right part is R.A. you remove arch and get
release.
What exactly you want to do? RPM and DNF have proper --queryformat.

Basically it will not obsolete anything because it's threated as
package name (and we definitely don't have such package name).
