I was also concerned after reading this article. I've been
running 2.4.x since February of last year and currently on 2
servers and 2 desktops at 2.4.10 and I've never seen any kinds
of problems as outlined in the article.

I just came across an interesting article on the 2.4 kernel. The subject
hasn't come up lately, but I now see Mitel's reasoning for staying with 2.2
more clearly. Just thought it would be of interest to the group. It can be
