Yup,
they're on http://nofx.org/ - according to the British GCE A-level
computing curriculum anyways.
They're pretty simple, tell me if you have any changes you want.
Have fun,

Someone posted a link to a few dataflow shapes. The message is archived
at:
http://www.mail-archive.com/dia-list@lysator.liu.se/msg01485.html
The shapes were at:
http://nofx.org/files/dataflow-dia.tar.gz
I have not got round to adding this to the main dia distribution yet.

Try just putting the shape in ~/.dia/shapes, or put it in
/usr/X11R6/share/gnome/dia/shapes/Network. That should work.

Stop ! We're two ! Why do you think dia 0.84 knows about SADT ?

I attempted to export a figure to eps with DIA .84 and something went wrong
with the export. Only part of the figure is viewable in gv. The error
message generated by ghostscript trying to read the file was:
Error: /undefinedAladdin Ghostscript 6.0: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

It stands for "Function Structure" and is kind of like UML for mechanical
engineers.

fixes to make the FS stuff work again after
Huh?
My impression has been that dia (as well as many other Open Source projects)
should try to embrace as many different kinds of users as possible (dia has
been ported to other platforms than Linux also). To me, dia's versatility
and clean interface are what sets it apart from the competition

Hi --
has anyone created Dia objects for drawing dataflow diagrams? I've been
grovelling through the C source in the objects/FS directory, and it
looks like a lot of it could be adapted from the FS objects. (What
*does* FS stand for, anyways?) It would be a nasty cut 'n paste job,
though, and
I added my own shape in ~/.dia/shapes/Network
I then added the following erroneous entry in
/usr/X11R6/share/gnome/dia/sheets/network.sheet
Router Symbol - Cisco
When I started Dia I got this (compiled with -g and with
--enable-debug=yes):
[asmodai@lucifer] (69) $ dia

Duh!
Mea culpa... Speaki
distribution.

Hi,
I'm using Dia in some network scheme. Somebody have nice shapes
about network? The "standard" shapes in Dia aren't a lot. I've not a lot
of time and don't know XML. I've to finish my thesis in a week.
Thanks to everybody want to help me.
Nicola.
