Just as a note, the USB port is used for nothing more
then a power source. There is no command or control of the hardware.
The radio's output is fed to the sound card where all the work is really
done. I'm not sure as I see it as that much different then a simple
PSK radio.

purchased ours over a year ago mostly for large screen viewing of off air
football games and for DVD movies. Watching "regular" analog SDTV
is not very acceptable though on a large
screen.
