I would very much like to hear from some of you who purchase the kit. Eventually we should see this on e-ham reviews. It appears to be similar to the eastern European products and I would prefer to buy it from U.S. suppliers. I have corresponded with one well known interfacing company

Leigh/Ed, Once you install the necessary Glade/GTK libraries and Perl packages, pskmail does run using ActiveState Perl on WindowsXP. If you are interested, I can provide details for setup. However, I haven't found a port of gMFSK for Windows yet, and haven't had any success yet porting it

Problem with 30 meters is the rapid band change that occurs in the evenings, 40 is somewhat better for Stateside coverage then goes long and then later 80 meters is FB but eventually goes long! From 7-9PM EST 40 is the best, before that time 30 meters and after that time 80 meters. Ron W4LDE
