Can someone please enlighten me what is the lowest db that WSPR can expect a

I am decoding down to -28 is this good, bad, or ugly?

Simon I already have 3 other computers running XP(and my main ham
computer is using HRD a Great Program), and hear all the good things
about Linux/Ubuntu, so I thought I would try a different one on my
laptop.

Puppy Linux is very easy to install on a flash drive. Just burn a CD,
pop it into the computer, reboot from the CD, then go to install in
