I have been testing my Tigertronics SignaLink USB on various modes. In
fact, I have two stations set up here in the shack so that I can do
tests with different software and modes. For example, ARQ modes can be
tested between the two stations.
Station set up:
- HP 4600+ AMD with Vista, Unified
Olivia mode comparisons, testers needed.
I am interested in testing weak signal reception of Olivia 500/16 in the
following applications
Multipsk
DM780
MixW
FL-Digi
I'm looking to test the above applications and...
1 Determine the typical "lag" experienced when decoding . I am led to
believe
Andy, it seems like it may be a good idea but it may be a bit late.
If the new Winmor mode works as well as Pactor 2 - 3 many people will go to
that mode.
I believe they intend to continue to support the Pactor modems anyway, to
protect people's investments.
