I have had mostly *good* experiences flying AA. The extra leg room in
economy is always welcomed. As for the web part...
Curtis' redesign looks pretty at a glance, but I have been able to use the
AA web site *quite successfully*. Their busy home page has never been a
barrier to me. I just ignore
This might be a good time to use a storyboard or comic representation of key
use scenarios. Those can embody all of the UX research/rationale and also
how that translates into pathways in the site. You could also try site path
diagramming (see Wodtke p. 248 or this PDF
Possible exceptions you missed:
- Steve Jobs
- Jeff Bezos
- Sergei Brin
- Larry page
As with the architects you list, these people are known as the figureheads
of the products they bring to market. They do not necessarily do the design
engingeering (or at least ALL of the design engineering).
