I don't use iTunes (MusicMatch 10 - not running though) Watching the cpu usage I get regular small spikes of about 45% (20% slim.exe, 12% slimserver.exe, 8% other) and then every couple of minute slim.exe goes to 97% causing a short freeze. Very strange. -- Bungi

5.0.4 is fairly old. Perhaps try installing 5.4.1 just to upgrade firmware, then install 6.0. The change from 5.4.1 to 6.0.x should not require a firmware change on squeezebox, but there are a lot of versions skipped when going from 5.0.4 to 6.0.2. -kdf ___
