To use it in this way, you'd need to go into the RandomPlay page via the
web interface and tell it to only keep a certain number of complted
songs (or zero!). By default it keeps all your old songs. You could
chose your initial playlist then add a random mix to the end.

So far it was 6.1.1 for everyone, but now we have someone reporting it
also in 6.0.1. Please Mike tell us if the wipe cache solves the problem
for you.
It makes it easier to narrow down where to look for errors.
It's possible this error is already fixed in 6.2 which is going to be
released soon

It's a SpeedTouch Router connected to two Belkin WAPs.
The 802.11b is on Channel 1 (for the Squeezebox 1s), and the 802.11g is on
Channel 10 (for the Squeezebox 2 laptops).
I am in the middle of nowhere - hence not even any security switched on...

From a personal perspective, I would love to see an audiophile version
in a better case.
However, from a business point of view, I think one with a built in
digital amp (like the Sonos) would sell better both for me and for
slimdevices.

Believe I've settled on adding sb, but was curious about skipjam.
Benefit to it is no server needs to run on the network, but I've yet to

I did infact try both fixes, changing the file through notepad and then
reloading alienbbc (deleted two files covert custom in Slimserver and
plugin folder) extracted new Alien BBc within Slimserver 6.2.
