I don't have any WMA files. It looks like there's no artist tag. In my
case the artist is part of the title tag. Of course not in the song
file tags itself but they somehow get parsed like this.

Worrying? It scared the hell out of me :-)
I've never been able to complete a full scan with 6.5 / MySQL, the .db
file gets to about 18Mb in size then appears to crash. The server then
continues to run really slow, requiring a reboot. Hopefully someone
with more experience of the MySQL error messages in my original post
will be able shed

I'd like each SB to support the idea of perhaps 4 playlists, A,B,C,D
where the selected playlist A, moves to slot B, B moves to C etc when
you make a new selection.
So say you're listening to Random mix and a good song comes on. You

I uninstalled v6.3 and installed v6.5. I cleared cache from firefox
browser and most things works as previously. The only issue left is:
about half of my playlists i used to have in v6.3 are missing. Any idea
what may cause this ?

to be upgraded for 6.5 and it can cause problems if you still have 6.3
versions installed.

If you used a file called slimserver-convert.conf to get AAC working in
6.3.1 - then it should be renamed to custom-convert.conf for 6.5
Otherwise - describe what you did in 6.3.1 to get AAC working.

for those that aren't by various artists bu where you have multiple
