In Plugins/Alien directory you should have custom-convert.conf and a custom-types.conf files. If there are no RTSP entries Server Setting/Filetypes then AlienBBC plugin is not starting up correctly. Was this a working installation that stopped or a new installation ? What OS are you using ? --
