Yes, the COMPOSER tag has been causing this type of issue. Do a forum
search for a couple of recent threads.
Before wiping out all that good data by blanking or deleting the
composer tag I'd use Mp3tag to RENAME the composer tag to something
else so that the data can be recovered when the bug is

Hi, bear with me... This may take a while.
My main machine which runs iTunes claims to have 945 artists and 590
albums. On a daily basis it synchronises the entire iTunes folder to
my NAS device.

You're right, it does do some resizing, looking through the scripts
again, I found another called CopyCover which looks like it will do
everything very efficiently. It has an "offline" mode so you don't
have to listen to every artist to get it to move the image file, then
it also has a file renam

my guess that the rockbox script will need some tweaking because I bet
it resizes the images. but, definitely looks like it's got promise...

I use the Random Song Mix as my primary way of listening to my music.
I've had the squeezebox for about 1 1/2 months now and this Random Song
mix doesnt seem to work as well as I thought it would.
I always select more than one Genre to add to the random mix. It then
adds the songs to the playl
It's a development environment for graphical remote controls.
There's speculation it may be the foundation of the long-sought-after
Slim Devices/Logitech graphical remote.

the back of the speaker, as does the audio input. You have a single
power cable and a speaker cable to the other speaker. You can use the

I looked at both Sonos and Squeezebox before buying two squeezeboxes.
One of the things I really wanted was an integrated speaker solution
(no seperate amp, only one remote etc) but in the end got Logitech Z4s
because of the minimal design / low cost ;)

Agree that Homeplugs are more reliable, however a "rogue" device, such
as an ill-tempered washing machine or cantankerous TV, can cause enough

Wi-fi could be the killer. In my flat, there are 7-12 SSIDs in the air
at any one time and the wi-fi performance varies by the hour of day.
Imagine getting a call for stuttering/connection problems and trying to

didn't know about this Logitech rebranding until it was pointed out

people are worried that the component quality will suffer. Is that a

As I understand it, the delay in the UK shipment (not just Amazon but
all UK retailers) is due to the re-branding. Once the new Logitech SB3s
are released they'll come back into the UK. I expect towards the end of
May, early June.

The missing "pipeline" is a symptom that the file has been skipped
rather than a cause.
I looked at this a bit but I can't see why the files are being played.
Have you tried deleting the database and rebuilding it ?
