Unfortunately, I can't get it to connect to my SlimServer. I put in
the address in the options (192.168.1.101). I am trying to connect
from a different pc on the network if that makes any difference.
Also, I am unable to enter anything into the Player Name space.
Any ideas?

Hi!
Can you please describe how to do that?
I don't really want a Logitech logo on my SB3 ("Logitech make cheapo PC
speakers don't they?"). Anyone know if I can still buy a new
SlimDevices-branded SB3 in the UK? I realise I may end up with the old
remote control though. Is the new one so much better?
Many thanks,

There are no offsets in this .smil file.
However, mplayer looks quite old (I had - erroneously I suspect)

No. The two systems use different drive acces schemas. Mac doesn't know
about eg. drive letters. And there might be more issues.

mplayer chops off a number of seconds at the end of a RealAudio
file/segment - I never noticed the beginning. There are also start
and end time values which may be causing an issue - the SMIL file needs
to be exmained to see if this is the reason.
What version of mplayer are you using ?
