I had a similar problem. It appeared that I had a link in one of the folders directing to the top folder again. So, basically I had an endless loop for SC to work on. SC 7.01 had no probs with that (obviously broke up or had a better algorithm to recognize loops), but 7.1 looped forever.

As I understand it, the format Song by Artist is hardcoded, and not possible to change. I mean, I'd have to hack some code to change it. Where do I start? I find this really annoying, I find it so much easier to browse a list when artist is first... -- netphreak

I am guessing that you are trying to listen to a UK only program from outside the UK. I commonly get this message and recently a number of BBC programs that I previously listened to are now UK only. I would be interested in a thread as to how it may be possible to get around this restriction.
