PC World list the Classic and Boom on their website. You can check whether they're in stock at any store by putting one in your basket, going to checkout and selecting the 'Collect at Store' option. You put in your postcode and it shows whether they're available from stock in your local branches.

To answer one of your original queries, streaming high bitrate music isn't quite the same as sending and receiving information via the wireless connection on a laptop. Your laptop is much more forgiving of dropped packets and doesn't need the same high quality, consistent signal to get short

Happened to me after upgrade to 7.3. To resolve it, do a clean install of SC, uninstall the old version and then put the new one. Ok, I've run into that issue today. Quick question: did you disable the Customize Controller plugin? -- Michael ___

Todat I bouht a squeezebox duet and trying to instal now for more than two hours. The problem is the controller, by installing he is immediately asking for an update, after the update is 100% he is veriving and this is not stopping. Its telling there is a problem with upgrading of the controller
