Was surprised to see this on the Sonos site, but a search here didn't
turn up anything. Does anyone know what this is all about?

Usually that's a sign of bad tags. What format are the files? If they're
MP3, the problem is usually that there are some stray (and erroneous)
IDv1 tags that are confusing SC. Look at the tags in a good tagging
program that will show *all* tags. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what

I'm no expert on log files but I think you have a number of corrupted
files or permission problems. I would follow the suggestions I made in
my previous post ie where you use the OS disk and run disk utility. It's
not complex and wouldn't take too long.

Bump.
Can anyone give me any pointers on my log file? Everything on my Mac
seems to be working fine EXCEPT slimserver so i'm very reluctant to do a
ground up rebuild. At the moment i cannot get slimserver to run which
means i have 4 players on SN only. Not good.

Does anyone have an ebuild for 7.3.3 of squeezecenter?
I've found Stuart's site with 7.3.2p2 but I'd like to install a more
current 7.3.3.
Thanks,

I used to run fold...@home for the Hexus.net forums. I got tired of the
massive bugs in their client and the additional load it put on my
SqueezeCenter/MediaPortal box. It also meant my laptop was on full pelt
all the time.
I much prefer the cooling to only kick in when it's actually needed

You do need to give some kudos to your OS as well. I assume this is
Windows. So as much as many would be loth to do so, it is testament to
how well windows handles devices dripping off and then being re-attached

My Mac Mini is connecting to an OpenSolaris server via SMB.
The share on the server has the correct artist and album information

Disconnect the power, press and hold 1 on the remote and reconnect the
power. Release 1 when you see the message about reflashing the Xilinx.
