[slim] Why is "server.prefs.tmp" constantly accessed?

I am running SBS 7.4.2 on a NAS-disk (Qnap TS-119), and it keeps waking up my harddisk when it's in standby because of what seems to be SBS regular accessing "server.prefs.tmp". Anyone have any idea what this might be? And why it needs to be accessed all the time? -- oivindi --

[slim] What happened to the internet radio sub menus?

Hi about a week ago I noticed that when I selected "Internet radio->local" I would only get a list of the stations local to the city instead of stations local to the country I live in. I assume that the RadioTime (which as far as I know provides the radio stations listings on logitech squeezeboxe

After the positive comments on this thread I tried the Windows 7.5 embedded version. One advice: Don't do it. It's not stable, the scanner keeps crashing (or becomes irresponsive). Tried it 3 times, did a complete uninstal/install, wipe etc. No go. Back to 7.5 MySQL -- verypsb 2x Duet, 1x Boom

scan not finishing is almost surely a virus program problem. Search this forum for MSE (or whatever the microsoft virus scanner is called) or mcafee. Try turning off the virus scanner, doing your music scan, then turn it back on. -- garym
