Until I got the Polks 2 months ago I was using a Boom in a similarly
sized area and it was okay. It depends on how loud you mean by "cover".

i definitely think so. outdoors is a terrible listening environment

for active music listening. :-)
i do think the Boom could do the job (at least for me)

Well, that didn't last long. After working fine yesterday, the SB is

It's really nice that something is happening with regards to Spotify on
Squeezebox. Also, please check
http://getsatisfaction.com/spotify/topics/can_you_stream_to_a_squeezebox
where Morgan Christiansson - a new employee - at Spotify seems
interested in getting this working.
Morgan Christiansson,
Afaik they use radiotime and their index. If you find anything missing
or wrong you can visit www.radiotime.com and contact them directly.

Hm... I decided
Hi again - often I encounter audio tracks, that needs rework because I
simply do not like all of the track: e.g.
-fade them out earlier
-fade them in in the middle of the track
- some adanced feature would be nice like - cut something out of the
track and combine the rest again.
In earlier times
I noticed just today that the Internet Radio menu was missing from my
Squeezebox Duet. I don't use the Internet Radio feature often so I
don't know when it may have gone missing.
Does anyone know how I could get it back?
If so, I would be grateful
A quick google search today found me the newest

Indeed all tracks had their gain values recalculated. However I was

Now,
I've mostly heard bad things about wireless speakers in general:
susceptible to static, interference from other wireless devices like
cordless phones, baby monitors, etc. There may be good wireless
speakers out there, but there are a lot of bad ones.
